Kiawe Island Bistro offers a fresh look at Asian and Polynesian food, both contemporary and traditional with influence from the west. Kiawe’s Asian, Island Fusion menu strives to source only the best produce, seafood, meat, and ingredients. All of our ingredients are hand selected to ensure we use the finest available. At Kiawe, all of our meat is sliced and prepared in house for consistency, quality and control. All food is cooked to order, all sauces are made from scratch.

Meet the chef
Executive Chef Eric has over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry. Earning his title by working in private clubs, museums, hotels, country clubs and R&D startups. Chef Eric was born and raised in Hawaii. He spent his time fishing, diving and going to the beach whenever he could. Hawaii is where his passion for food and culinary career began. His career led him to Anchorage, AK, Beaverton, OR and eventually Vancouver, WA.

Kiawe Island Bistro is family owned and operated. We are a small restaurant with a passion for our food. Using unfrozen, antibiotic free and hormone free chicken, beef and pork. At KIB, we strive to source only the best produce, seafood, meat and ingredients. All sauces are made in house. Our ingredients are hand selected by Executive Chef Eric.

As a small business, we occasionally close for catering events. This is to ensure we give you the best possible service.
