Catering Menu

Catering services are available for small or large events. Options are not limited to our menu, many alternatives are available. Services include Weddings, Banquets, Memorials, Special Events, Office Parties, Outdoor Events, Birthdays, Anniversaries and more. Plate Lunch Catering Options -

Option A: 23.95 per person Choose 1: Teriyaki Chicken or Teriyaki Beef Choose 2: Steamed white rice, mac salad, fried noodles.

Option B: 25.95 per person Choose 1: Kalua Pig or Shoyu Chicken Choose 2: Steamed white rice, mac salad, fried noodles.

Option C: 28.95 per person Choose 2: Japolo Chicken, Garlic Chicken, Teriyaki Beef, Boneless Kalbi Beef Ribs Choose 2: Steamed white rice, mac salad, fried noodles.

Option D: 33.95 per person Choose 2: Japolo Chicken, Garlic Chicken, Kalua Pig, Teriyaki Beef, Boneless Kalbi Beef Ribs, Teriyaki Chicken, Admiral Lee Chicken Choose 2: Steamed white rice, mac salad, fried noodles, green salad.

Option E: 40.95 per person Choose 3: Japolo Chicken, Garlic Chicken, Kalua Pig, Teriyaki Beef, Boneless Kalbi Beef Ribs, Teriyaki Chicken, Admiral Lee Chicken Choose 2: Steamed white rice, mac salad, fried noodles, green salad.

All options include the appropriate sauces and garnishes. When placing a catering order, food is served as a buffet in disposable trays unless otherwise specified. The Plate Lunch Catering Options are limited to drop off and pick up orders. This price is not for full service catering events.

Delivery fee applies to all drop offs as well as a 20% gratuity fee. A 20% gratuity fee is added to any catering pick up order of 10 or more people. A deposit of half the total is required to secure the date. Full payment is due 48 hours prior to any event. A $2000 minimum is required to cater events after hours, as well as Sunday or Monday. A 3% processing fee will be added if paying by card, save 3% by paying cash or business check.*

1. Deposit. A deposit payment in accordance with the terms as stated, is required in advance of the function and shall be applied to the patron(s) account. Deposits are non-refundable should the function cancel before the scheduled date. For deposits made by check, there will be a $50.00 fee for any returned checks. For deposits made by credit card, there will be a 5% reversal fee applied to all refunded credit card transactions.

2. Guaranteed Count. Patron(s) agrees to notify Kiawe Island Bistro (by noon, excluding weekends) at least two (2) weeks prior to the event of the guaranteed minimum number of persons that will attend. If the Catering Office is not notified, the number of persons noted on the tentative count on the Banquet Event Order will be considered the guaranteed minimum, the Catering Office shall not be responsible for accommodation of more than 5% over the guaranteed minimum. Decreases will not be accepted after the guaranteed count is turned in; however, we can accept Additions 72 hours prior to the function date up to 10% of guaranteed count. A 20% price increase on menu will be assessed for any increases made thereafter. A $50 table drop fee may be assessed for additions made on the day of the event.

3. Full Payment. Full payment based on the Guaranteed Count is due seven (7) days prior to the function date. In the event (Patron)s cancels the function less than 7 days prior to the function date, no refund of the Full Payment shall be given. In the event that a balance is due, it must be paid, in full, at the conclusion of the function by Credit Card or Cash payments only.

Please note all protein is hormone free and antibiotic free. If you have a certain budget in mind please provide this initially, Chef Eric will create a menu based on this information. Catering options are not limited to our restaurant menu. If you would like additional options not listed, a custom menu may be created for you by our Chef.

Hourly rental for Kiawe Island Bistro is also available for private events, Saturday evening through Monday evening. Quotes are based on market price, full service, rentals and delivery is available for a fee.

A 20% gratuity fee is added to all catering orders. Delivery, if available, starts at $100.

*NOTICE* LATE FEES assessed for late catering pick up, timeliness is essential.

*Failure to pick up catering order within 30 minutes of scheduled time, due at pick up: $75.00

*An additional $20 fee will be added for every 10 minutes thereafter, due at pick up.

*Failure to pick up catering order within 75 minutes considered a no-show and breach of invoice contract. No refunds or credits issued.
